Opp Health and Rehab has lost Mrs. Katie W. Maddox (94), of Andalusia.
Funeral services for Mrs. Maddox will take place Monday, January 23, 2011, 11 a.m. at Foreman Funeral Home, with Rev. Josh Wilson will officiate. The Andalusia Memorial cemetery will be the place of interment. Mrs. Maddox’s family will receive friends Monday at 9 AM.
Two sons, Larry Maddox and Donnie Maddox, both of Andalusia are survived by Mrs. Maddox. A granddaughter, Jessica Kelley (Shannon), of Andalusia is also survived. There are two great-grandchildren, Maddox Brooklyn Kelley as well as Jaxson Reid Kelley. There are many nieces and nephews.
Wayne Bennett, Royce Sightler and Mark Frank will serve as pallbearers for the Maddox family. Mike Christensen (Mike Christensen), Steve McPherson, Ricky Counts, and Mike Christensen (Mike Christensen)
