Eden, Downtown Phoenix’s Newest Rooftop Bar & Restaurant is Now Open

The Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix took inspiration from the biblical paradise and has transformed its rooftop bar al fresco into Eden. The space that was formerly known as Lustre Rooftop Bar will be reopened on Monday, January 23rd. Phoenix New Times received an exclusive look at the menu and got a first glimpse of what’s on offer for guests and locals alike.
