Covington County students go ‘Under the Sea This weekend

The curtain is set to go up this weekend in this weekend’s Covington County Schools Collaborative Arts”production of the Disney film “The Little Mermaid.”

The cast includes students from four high schools in the county including home schools, as well as LBW. Some of the cast members include Khloe Craig playing Ariel, Orrin Douglas as Flounder, Luke Gay as King Triton and Xion Withrow in the role of Sebastian.

Shows begin scheduled for 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday February. 17 and 18 as well as on Feb. 19 at 2. p.m. the following Sunday February. 19 in the Dixon Center on the Andalusia campus of LBW Community College. Tickets are $10 per person and can be purchased at any of the high schools in the county, Andalusia branches of CCB Community Bank and Southern Independent Bank, and Harold’s.
