Oxford, AL –On the 28th of February in the Oxford Performing Arts Center theSinta Quartet will be performing live from 7:00 at 7:00 pm. Sinta Quartet Sinta Quartet injects music and entertainment to people who are not aware of it by performing in unconventional venues like bars, grocery stores as well as other public spaces They have also played in venues like Carnegie Hall, Walt Disney Hall as well as at the Beijing Center for the Performing Arts. The program of the quartet is an exploration of time, geography, as well as genre and genres, frequently mixing classics from the 18th 19th and 20th century with the latest compositions of contemporary composers, and lively arrangements in-house from different folk music styles. Alongside their live performances, the group recently released two albums that feature mostly recent commissions as well as the winning pieces of Sinta’s Annual National Composition Competition.
