Anniston AL Anniston, ALRMC Health Systems will be hosting their first ever all-systemwide hiring event on March 22nd , at The Tyler Center. The doors will be open from 6:00am to 9:00pm in order to accommodate the requirements of all working hours. There will be food, prizes raffles, giveaways and raffles to participants starting from the moment they arrive until they hear the bell to hire.
Participants must bring their resumes along and be prepared to be available for interviews on the spot and offers for jobs. As soon as they enter the venue, they will be asked to talk with the hiring managers of different departments. They will then be asked to complete a one-page application form prior to the interview. After that, Human Resources will be in charge of determining the best fit for applicants best in the group RMC.
With increases in pay all over all departments as well as flexible work hours and our imminent partnership with UAB and many other benefits, it’s never an ideal opportunity to be a part of our group. “We’ve taken your feedback and we’re increasing rates all across the system!” says Louis Bass the Director of Operations. “We are determined to get you back to RMC since we’ve got a home there for you.”
