Straughn announces 2023 football schedule

Straughn High School has revealed its football schedule for the 2023 season.

Straughn 2023 Football Schedule

The Tigers kick off the regular season on the road Friday, Sept. 1, in region play when Straughn travels to Pike County. A preseason jamboree is scheduled for Friday, August 25, 7 p.m., against Red Level.

SHS will host homecoming Friday, Oct. 20, against Northside Methodist of Dothan.

Straughn will be coming off a 7-4 season in 2021 with a first-round playoff appearance. Ashley Kilcrease will return for his third season with Straughn.

All games will kick off at 7 p.m. Dates for the schedule are subject to change.
