Oxford, AL – On Saturday, April 15th there will be a Journey for Hope Walk from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at 945 Leon Smith Pkwy in Oxford. This event is open to the community. There will be fun for kids and a playground will be available for the children not participating in the walk. Registration begins at 9:30 am. You can contact the administrative office at (256)236-7381 with any questions. 2nd Chance provides safe shelter and supportive services empowering victims of domestic and sexual violence and provides educational outreach to the communities served to create awareness of and strengthen the movement to end this violence.
