The home was worth $145,000, and was sold the property to Mrs. Wilson for $10,000. She said this was not legal because she is. Wilson is the director and treasurer, and she has fired all board members and did not divulge the current board members, if they exist, which is illegal for the purposes of a 501(3)c. The report also said the fact that Ms. Wilson has verbally stated that she intends to kill any animal in the facility. The. Croker stated that Anniston Police (APD) have been into the area to check claims on numerous occasions, and according to APD their jurisdiction, they’re the agency that falls under the area. She also stated that she has given details for her DA which they’re investigating the matter. She also provided a package of information to commissioners.
