Bar Blitzen, a new holiday pop-up bar, debuted at The Coop. Tempe Culinary Dropout last month. The décor and drinks are festive. The Junior and Mrs. Mint is a cocktail made with vanilla-infused vodka and peppermint schnapps. Or the Polar Espresso-Oh Martini, which is made with cold brew, Spanish vanilla and espresso-infused vodka. Except for Christmas Day, the bar is open daily at 4 p.m.
