Every creditor of the deceased and all other people with rights or demands in relation to the estate of the decedent who require a copy of this notice must be served must submit their claims to this court by the deadline of three months following the time of the initial publication of this notice or 30 days after the date of service of a copy of this notice to them.
Other creditors of the deceased and any other person with claims or demands against the decedent’s estate must make their claims known to the court within 3 months after the date of the first publication of this notice. ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
Not excluding the time periods set for the above period, any CLAIM filed two (2) years or more after the date of the death of the person is barred.
