Every creditor of the deceased and all other people with needs or claims against the estate of the deceased who require a copy of this notice must be served must submit their claims to this court by the deadline of three months following the time of the initial publication of this notice or 30 days following the date of service of a copy of this notice to them.
All other creditors of decedent as well as other people who have demands or claims against the decedent’s estate must make their claims known to this court within three months following the date of first public announcement of this notice. ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
In addition to the time periods set above, ANY CLAIM that is filed two (2) years or more within two (2) years of the date of death is barred.
