Jacksonville, AL –Per the JSU media department, faculty and students in the Department of Mathematical, Computing and Information Sciences (MCIS) recently went to Molloy University in New York to attend the annual national convention of the Kappa Mu Epsilon (KME) mathematics honor society. The occasion was a success. JSU received the famous Rhonda McKee as well as Don Tosh Outstanding KME Chapter award and mathematics professor Dakota Heathcock gave a presentation on Bayesian statistics.
