White Plains – One month after weaver’s Ledbetter agrees to play golf at Talladega College, White Plains’ Faulkner makes his commitment to Talladega College official
Talladega College is slowly becoming Calhoun County south, when it comes to golf.
The week following the Weaver’s Nick Ledbetter signed to play for Talladega College, White Plains’ Dalton Faulkner joined him on Wednesday, signing a contract to play for the college.
Faulkner will also join forces with his former White Plains teammate Gage Miller.
“I’m looking forward to playing for another four years and be with a few of my teammates during this duration,” Faulkner said. “I am looking forward to seeing what the future will bring. I’ve heard amazing reports regarding the coach (Tim) King, and I am eager to have the opportunity to be guided by Coach King.”
Their home course is at Oxford’s Cider Ridge, however Faulkner may feel at home anyplace, White Plains coach Chris Randall stated.
“Dalton is the kind of kid who is comfortable with anyone,” Randall said. “He attracts people through his personality. It’s been wonderful to watch him develop.
