Dr. and Mrs. Roger Todd Boyington of Andalusia announce the engagement of their daughter, Aubrey Carol, to Mr. Robert Wayne Hardie, the son of Mr. Hardie and Mrs. John Wayne Hardie, from Opelika, Alabama.

Miss Boyington is the daughter of Mr. Curtis Jackson Zorn, and the late Mrs. Michaelyn Mallette Zorn, from LaBelle, Florida and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Ashford Boyington, of Florala. She graduated from Andalusia High and Lurleen B. Wallace Community College where she received the Associate degree in Nursing as well as Auburn University, where she received the Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. The company she is employed with currently East Alabama Health in Opelika.
Mr. Hardie is the grandchild of Mrs. Virginia Spears Lineback, and the late Mr. Carles Leon Lineback, from Woodstock, Georgia and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Franklin Hardie, from Milledgeville, Georgia. Hardie graduated from Luella High School located in Locust Grove, Georgia, the University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee, where he obtained an undergraduate degree in Education. He also attended Auburn University, where he received a master’s degree in education. The company he is employed with currently Lee County Schools, Alabama as a coach and teacher for Beauregard High School.
The wedding will take place the 27th of May, 2023 in the First Presbyterian Church in Andalusia.
