Calhoun County, AL Every week, each week, the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office released their latest “Most wanted” list. A “FTA” signifies that the person did not attend a court hearing but does not necessarily mean that they are that they are guilty of a crime. A “Probation violation” signifies that the person was charged with a crime and ordered to be on probation justices. “SORNA” refers to the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.
The Sheriff’s Office would like to remind everyone not to make any decisions by themselves, but to call with the Sheriff’s Office or local Police Department to ask them to investigate further. Sometimes, warrants may be removed and the suspect is not wanted anymore.
