According to Phoenix’s National Weather Service, Saturday was the wettest day in the past year. Phoenix saw 0.76 inches of rainfall, the highest level since Dec. 24, 2021.

According to the weather service at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, parts of eastern Phoenix saw more than 1 in. of rainfall. Some areas on higher terrain received up to 2 in.

According to Tucson’s weather service, high rainfall was recorded in western Pima and Pinal, Graham, Greenlee, and Greenlee counties. Some areas received 2 to 3 inches. According to the weather service, Tucson metro has received an average of 0.5 to 0.75 inches in rain.
