Oxford (AL) – According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, a multi-vehicle collision that took place at 1:42 p.m. on Monday, December 5, caused a road closure. The road closure of Alabama 9 near Cleburne County’s 226 mile marker is currently in effect. It will remain so for an unknown amount of time. Traffic is being rerouted onto Choccolocco Road at the moment. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division (ALEA) troopers will monitor the situation and provide any updates as necessary.
