Calhoun County, AL Every week, each week, the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office released their latest “Most wanted” list. A “FTA” indicates that the person did not show up for a court appearance and doesn’t necessarily mean that they are guilty of a crime. A “Probation violation” is when a person is accused of a crime and is ordered to be on probation justices. “SORNA” refers to the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.

The Sheriff’s Office would like to remind everyone not to make any decisions independently, but instead call authorities such as the Sheriff’s Office or local Police Department to ask them to investigate further. There are occasions when warrants may be removed and the individual has been removed from the wanted list.
