CalCoDems Celebrates PRIDE Month in Anniston

Anniston, AL – On Thursday, June 15th the Calhoun County Democrats will be holding a Pride event at 6:00 pm during their regular meeting.

CalCoDem meeting = PRIDE month celebration. This meeting will be at the headquarters, 812 Noble Street. They ask that those interested please join them for a special speaker Jennifer Gross, Professor of History and Gender Studies Advisor. For the first time EVER, the meal will be catered. On their website the shared the following message:

Dinner will be catered by the Train Station Café – a local minority owned business! This is a ‘twofer.’ The owner is Black AND a woman. We love that!
