Calhoun County, AL Every week, each week, the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office released their latest “Most wanted” list. A “FTA” signifies that the person did not attend a court hearing and doesn’t necessarily mean that they are guilty of a crime. A “Probation violation” signifies that the person was accused of a crime and is put on probation justices. “SORNA” is the acronym for Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.
The Sheriff’s Office would like to remind everyone not to make any decisions by themselves, but to call with the Sheriff’s Office or local Police Department to inquire further. There are occasions when warrants can be cancelled and the suspect has been removed from the wanted list.
