Anniston, AL –On Tuesday on July 11th, at 2:00 pm, come out at Anniston’s Public Library of Anniston-Calhoun County. Calhoun County, formerly known as Benton County, lies in the northeastern part of Alabama within the Coosa Valley region at the top of the Appalachian Mountains. A large portion of the local history is documented in photos which are stored at the Anniston-Calhoun Public Library County, located in the Alabama Room that provides an historical and genealogical resource for the region. Come along with Teresa Kiser, Shane Spears and David Cummings as they present their latest book “Calhoun County, Past and Present”. The book will be on purchase.
