Gadsden, AL –Gadsden State Community College is providing an impressive scholarship to members of three local Chambers of Commerce. Partnership announcements for individual partnerships and signing events were held in the month of March. Gadsden the State President Kathy Murphy explained the innovative scholarship program, and also signed memorandums of understanding with each Chamber chairman of the board.
Murphy stated that all members from each Chamber along with their respective employees could be qualified to receive the Buy One Get One Free Scholarship. They could receive a free class for each paid course offered at Gadsden State University during the fall Semester. This is an offer of 50 percent off tuition.
The applicant must show evidence of employment in an Chamber member, and be well-adjusted in Gadsden State and any prior higher learning institution, and keep an average of 2.5 GPA. Students who are receiving any other kind of institutional aid aren’t qualified to be considered for this scholarship. BOGO Scholarship.
