On the 22nd of July, on a Saturday, Lockhart resident Myrtle Bradley was celebrating her 82nd birthday with her group of friends who gathered at The Ranch House in Florala. The other guest to celebrate was her childhood friend Ovetta Smith who also turns at 82.
Bradley was completely astonished by the time she showed up to The Ranch House to several of her family and friends singing “Happy Happy Birthday” to Bradley.
Tablecloths were decorated in hot pink, place sets as well as white and hot pink gift bags for guests as well as hot pink roses for every guest.
Smith as well as Bradley each had about a dozen roses in their table setting.
Bradley Smith and Bradley Smith have birthdays just nine days after one another and they both enjoyed celebrating their 82nd birthday with each other. The two usually celebrate their birthdays together and have a meal together in the Ranch House as a celebration of their birthdays. This year, Bradley’s children and grandchildren had something different in their minds.
They chose to surprise their mom and grandmother by throwing a small birthday celebration. Everyone who was there were entertained laughing, eating, and discussing old memories.

Bradley officially surpassed at 82 on the 23rd of July, a Sunday.
