Public Hearing – to receive comments on the proposed business license suspension/revocation notice sent to Pro Quality Services LLC, Kenneth Nicholas Askea, 2055 County Road 67, Roanoke, AL, 36274, to show cause, if any, as to why said business license should not be suspended/revoked.
- In the working session and public hearings, many individuals spoke out about work that was not completed or permits not being pulled and the owner not having a current plumbing, contractor or electrical licenses for Alabama. State of Alabama.

Resolution No. 2023-101 Resolution to revoke the business license granted from the City of Oxford to Pro Quality Services LLC, Kenneth Nicholas Askea 2055 County Road 67, Roanoke, AL, 36274. –

- Resolution No. 2023-97 – Resolution allowing the Mayor to sign the Amendment for Engineering Services Agreement with CDG, Inc. professional engineering services provided in connection with the development of drainage and resurfacing improvement on Bynum Cutoff Road in the total amount of $379,485.00.
- Resolution No. 2023-102 – Resolution authorizing the mayor to take the offer and sign an agreement for contract in conjunction with Arrow Disposal Service, Inc. for Residential Solid Waste Collection and Disposal.
- Resolution No. 2023-103 – Resolution allowing the Mayor to sign an Change Order One agreement concerning the Oxford Recreation Complex Renovations and Additions with Hale Building Company for a reduction in the contract value of $8,864.90.
- Resolution No. 2023-104 – Resolution allowing the Mayor to sign the signing of a letter of Agreement with the ASUN Conference to host the 2024 ASUN Softball Championships at Choccolocco Park.
- Resolution No. 2023-105 – Resolution allowing the Mayor to sign an Change Order One agreement concerning the Oxford Recreation Complex (Choccolocco Park) Renovations and additions to the Signature Softball Locker Rooms in conjunction with Hale Building Company in the total amount of $29,034.00.
