Southbound I-15 traffic is clogged, but there’s no major holiday backups yet

A “part-time” section along the right shoulder for southbound I-15 traffic was opened on this past Sunday, and will be in operation on Monday. Motorists are able to make use of the lane between a.m. between 8 p.m. According to Caltrans.
