Oxford took home Oxford won the Champions Sports Academy tournament, defeating St. Clair County 24-14 25-5, Westbrook Christian 25-22, 25-10, Jacksonville 25-21, 25-10 and Sand Rock 25-18, 25-15 to advance to the finals.

Valley Cubs (18-3) Valley Cubs (18-3) swept Cullman 25-10, 25-21, and Guntersville 25-19, 25-22 and fell to the Class 7A the top-ranked Bob Jones 16-25, 20-25 and Franklin (Tenn.) 25-20 11-25, 9-15, in the pool.
In silver-bracket action, Alexandria swept Sylacauga 25-17 25, 17 along with Fort Payne 25-17 and 25-20 to reach the final.
