The low pressure of water could be a the cause of a shower diverter issue.

Q I have a shower/bathroom combination and when I turn the knob at the the spout’s top to begin the shower, just some water is released out of the showerhead, while the majority of it flows from the tub spout. Is there a blockage in the pipe, or is it a pressure issue?
