Tanner Castro, a deputy district attorney, has been charged of trying to or luring get a child or mentally ill person through the the use of technology that allows them into engaging in sexual activity and attempted sexual seduction in a public place by an adult who is older than 21 in accordance with the Henderson Justice Court website.
