White Plains’ Chase Cotton (left) and Oxford’s Landon Delozier are the 2023 East Alabama Sports Today All-Calhoun County coaches of the year in girls and boys’ cross-country respectively. Cotton has coached White Plains girls’ teams to Calhoun County and sectional titles and a runner-up at state. Maddyn Conn repeated as the class 4A individuals champions. White Plains’ boys also were third at the state championship.
