Man in the midst of trial in California is accused of federal murder-for-hire plot

Fereidoun Khalilian, also referred to by the aliases “Prince Fred” and “Fred,” 51, was accused by indictment of one count of utilizing facilities for interstate commerce for the purpose of committing murder-for-hire as well as one count of conspiring to witness the tampering of witnesses.
