The Andalusia Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for BEK Networks on Monday, December. 11.
Since working at home since 2002, BEK has opened an office on the 2nd first floor in the Murphy Building. In attendance were BEK Human Ressources and Accounts Payable Director Kim Rabren, cutting the ribbon; BEK President and CEO Doug Rabren; BEK Office Assistant Rachel Williamson; BEK Business Development Manager Brooks Rabren; BEK Account Manager Somer Kelley; BEK Managing Partner Aaron Allen; AACC Executive Director Mellisa King, left on ribbon. AACC Director of Membership Services Maggie Holmes, left of ribbon; Chamber Immediate Past President William Alverson; Chamber board members Michelle Wunsh, Jill Prevett, Ginny Grimes, Garret Bowers, as well as the City Councilman Presley Boswell.
The initials BEK are the initials of the children of the founder and his wife and are read as full letters. Services include telecommunications and carrier services security, managed service cloud, business continuity network, expense management.
BEK Networks is located at 5 1/2 East Court Square in downtown Andalusia.
