The affected Fanta Orange products can be identified with Lot No. JUL2924MBD3 as well as UPC code 49000030730 with the date of best-by set at July 29th 2024. The targeted Sprite products are marked by Lot No. JUL2924MBD3 as well as UPC Code 49000028928, and the best-by date set for July 29th 2024.
In all, the FDA announces the recall that affects four17 instances of Diet Coke, 14 cases of Fanta Orange, and 1,557 cases of Sprite.
Consumers who purchase products with specific Lot numbers, UPC codes and best-by date are advised to avoid eating the items. Instead they should either return the products to the location of purchase or throw them away in a way that will prevent future consumption.
