Andalusia scored three 3-pointers in the first half, two of Tevin Sigers and one by Xavier Hourel. Slocomb continued to score 3 of his own and with two of them coming from Maddox King. In the first game, Andalusia had a slight two-point advantage 17-15.

The Lady Bulldogs jumped out to an early lead and never looked back after an unbeatable win over their opponents, the Lady Red Tops, 46-17.


Kamari Gay was a major factor in Andalusia’s rapid start scoring eight points within the initial quarter. In the meantime, the Lady Bulldog defense held their opponents to just three points during two quarters.


Kionni Wright scored a huge first quarter with an impressive nine points in her team Lady Bulldogs built up a 30-6 lead at halftime.


The Lady Bulldogs slowed things down in the second period however, they still beat their Lady Red Tops 11-9 in the third quarter, and 5-3 during the 4th.


Wright was the top scorer for in scoring for the Lady Tigers with 15 points which included a three-pointer during the fourth quarter. Gay followed the score having 14 points. Kelsie Horwath was a good night with eight points. Cape Merrell chipped in four points.


Andalusia continues their area play on Tuesday, January. 16 when they play Geneva in their home stadium.
