Johnson Park has just received an addition which is certain to provide excitement and motivation to its guests.
A local Nik Bass has constructed a Little Free Library, which was donated and purchased for Park by Andalusia Coterie Club. Its Little Free Library is stocked with books from the previous Storybook Festival, providing children with the chance to enjoy reading while taking in the surroundings of the park.
This initiative by the community demonstrates potential of collaboration and generosity and generosity, as it was the case when City of Andalusia partnered with the Coterie Club to promote literacy and education in the region.
“The Little Free Library is not just a collection of books, it is an emblem for the significance of reading and education in our lives,” said Coterie Club President Destiny Smith.
This new tool allows kids can get time off from playing and read a good book by a shady tree or on a bench nearby.
“The hopes are that this will encourage children to pursue a lifetime passion for reading and also provide families with the chance to spend time together through a shared hobby,” Smith said.
The Coterie Club’s choice to donate to the Little Free Library is a testimony to their dedication to make Andalusia an even better place to live, as per Smith.

The Andalusia Coterie Club would like to express gratitude to Nik Bass for building the Little Free Library and also the City of Andalusia for providing the perfect central space for the library to be located.
