The following are the criminal trials that will be heard at Covington County Courthouse during the week of January 23, 2023 with Judge Charles A. Short presiding.
NOTE: The defendant Anthony James Siler Jr. has been incarcerated and his case will be heard on the docket first for each day. If defendant Siler’s case does not go to trial, it will be tried in the order they appear on the docket. State v. Derek Lee Cartwright is exempted. Circuit Judge Benjamin M. Bowden will try Cartwright.
