Nov 21

• Anthony Dewayne Caddell was arrested and accused of possessing a prohibited substance as well as the possession of drugs and drug related paraphernalia.
• Rosanna Lee Coon, a resident of the city was detained and charged with failing to appear.
• Kara Elise Curry was arrested and charged with violating probation.
• Rachel Janet Hawkins was arrested and was charged with possessing a controlled drug second degree possession marijuana along with possession of drugs paraphernalia.
• Annastasia Dawn Hicks has been arrested and was charged with being in possession of controlled substance as well as the possession of drugs paraphernalia.
• Gregory Harold Jacobs was arrested and charged with trafficking in drugs and selling or distributing a controlled drug, distribution of a controlled substance, marijuana to distribute or sell the controlled substance in second level possession of marijuana and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
• Emmanuel Enos Opiyo Ogutu was taken into custody and charged with second degree possession of marijuana as well as the possession of drugs and drug related paraphernalia.
• Tanoie Da’tion Ogutu was detained and accused of the second-degree possession charge of marijuana as well as the possession of paraphernalia for drugs.
• Christy Mae Walters Patterson was arrested and charged with failing to show up.
• Omar Fidel Redmon was arrested and accused of three counts of failing to show up.
• Keondre Tyshun Stoudemire has been arrested and charged with failing to show up.
• John Ronald Ward was arrested and charged with failing to make an appearance.

Nov. 22

• Jacquetta Nicole Lowry, a resident of the city was detained and was charged with theft in the third degree of property.
• Braison Rashard Smith, a resident of Braison was detained and accused of second degree marijuana possession as well as possessing drug-related paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Nov. 23

• In Dealen, Robert Carnley was arrested and accused of violating an order to protect family members from violence.
• Craig Alcender Gantt was arrested and accused of driving under the influence (alcohol).
• Sabrina Marie Silva was arrested and accused of first degree theft of property, attempted escape, and illegally breaking into a car.

Nov. 24

• Laura Donnae Payne was arrested and accused of fourth degree theft of property.
• Brad Ar’rayvion Robertson was detained and was charged with an SORNA violation.

Nov. 25

• Vincent Cornelius Anderson was arrested and charged with an alias warrant.
• Jocelyn Michelle Boucher was arrested and charged with minor who was drinking alcohol.
• Scott Wendell Edgar was arrested and accused of third degree domestic violence.
• Mikaili Taylor Gunn has been taken into custody and charged with minor who was drinking alcohol.
• Justin Rashard Hunter was arrested and charged with a violation of the court order.
• Zachary Bryan Langford was arrested and charged with failing to appear.
• Jermaine Arness Pritchett was detained and accused of receiving second degree stolen property.
• Rachel Erin Rice was arrested and accused of three counts of bondman off bond.
• Trenton Dewayne Sasser was arrested and was charged with third degree domestic violence and resisting arrest.
• Mary Elisabeth Tatum was arrested and accused of driving under the influence (alcohol) and obstruction of the government’s operations.
• Latrell Russell Thompson has been detained and charged with felony breaking and entering into a vehicle.
• Zacquary Darryl Vincent was logged in the county jail to be held for another agency.
• Amanda Lee Williams was arrested and charged with failing to appear as well as violation of probation.

Nov. 26

• Micheal Andrew Harrison, a man from Michigan was detained and was charged with domestic violence.
• Jason Richard Henderson was arrested and accused of possession with the intent to distribute drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as altering physical evidence.
• Donald Wayne Morris was arrested and accused of possession with the intent to distribute the drug paraphernalia and altering physical evidence.
• Kevin Glenn Parker was arrested and charged with bondman off bond being in possessing a controlled substance the possession of drugs paraphernalia as well as second-degree possession of marijuana.
• Gustavo Sanchez was arrested and was charged with driving while intoxicated (alcohol).

• Kayla Ann Coxwell was detained and accused of two counts of failing to appear.
• Obrien Rashao Curry, a former police officer was detained and charged with failing to appear.
• Kenyon Shemar Hardwick, who was detained and accused of third degree domestic violence.
• Justin Rashard Hunter was arrested and accused of Domestic violence (criminal trespassing) and domestic violence (criminal mischief).
• Kira Zianna Ianniello was arrested and was charged with three counts of failing to appear.
• Gregory Harold Jacobs was arrested and charged with firearm at demonstration/possession of a firearm at a public rally.
• Ezekiel Lamont Stearns was detained and was charged with three counts of failing to make an appearance.
