Mary Jo Mount

Mrs. Mary Jo Mount, aged 91, from Andalusia died on Wednesday, October. 18 at her residence.

Funeral funeral services of Mrs. Mount will be held on Sunday, October. 22, at 2 p.m. at the Andalusia Memorial Cemetery, with Bro. Red Coleman officiating and Foreman Funeral Home acting as the director. There will be no visitation.

Mrs. Mount is survived by her siblings, Bobby Joe Gaines (Ann) of Huntsville, Margaret Gaines Sims of Brantley as well as Ella Gaines Daniels of Elba Her kids, Angie Smith of Andalusia, Greg (Debra) Mount of Andalusia, Alex (Lisa) Mount of Red Level; her grandchildren, Timothy John Mount (Katie), Bridget Mount, Stacey Jo Frank (Michael), Holli Angelia Smith, Julie Louise Moore (Wes), Emily (Kenny) Skipper as well as Ethan Edson; her great-grandchildren, Samantha Mount, Owen Mount, Eleora Frank, Elisea Frank, Elikai Frank, Elia Frank, Mikaela Leigh Delk, Elijah Clen Delk, Asa Moore, Bree Moore, Elodie Moore as well as Rowdy Skipper.

Family members would like send a special thanks for Lori Harrelson, Stephanie Storm and countless others for the amazing care they have given for Mary. Mary.

Mrs. Mount is preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Douglas Mount, her parents, Joe and Oleta Gaines and her grandchild, Clen Wayne Smith.

Pallbearers for the Mount family include Daryl Mount, Chantz Robertson, Timmy Godwin, Duran Sherrer, Elijah Delk, and Charlie Harrelson

Instead of flowers, her family would like that donations be given in her memory to First Baptist Church Gantt in her memory. Donations can be left at the church or mailed at 28776 Central St, Gantt, AL 36038.
