The Opp Chamber of Commerce is looking for sponsors for the Opp Rattlesnake rodeo, which will take place from Friday, March 24, to Sunday, March 26.
The Opp Rattlesnake Rodeo this year will take place from Friday, March 24, to Sunday, March 26. The Opp Chamber is looking for sponsors to sponsor snake races.
Each year, snake races are held at this popular event. Local businesses and organizations are asked to sponsor and name a Snake for $30. There are 30 available sponsors. Each heat will have 10 snakes.
The time has come for the annual Opp Rattlesnake Rodeo. A favorite event at our rodeo every year is the snake race. We hope that you and your company will get involved in the excitement by sponsoring a snake to the event. Your business or organization could sponsor a snake for the event. It would be an honor. Kelly Brandin, Executive Administrator, stated that sponsorship is a way to provide financial support for your local chamber.
The winner snake receives a plaque with their name and the snake’s name on it. The plaque rotates each year and will be displayed by the winner up until March 2024.
