Rickey DeWayne, 68, from Andalusia, died Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at Vitas Healthcare in Panama City.

Funeral services will be held for Mr. Fletcher on Monday, December 12, at Foreman Funeral Home. After the funeral, interment will take place at Andalusia Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation will take place at Foreman Funeral Home on Sunday, December 11, from 5:30 to 7:15 p.m.
His daughter Jacqueline Alanna Fletcher, of Panama City, his grandson Dylan Zackory Botzong, of Panama City, his granddaughter Christine Amiyah Leigh Johnson, of Panama City, his sister Juanita Pearl Williamson, of Andalusia, as well as many nieces, nephews and great-nephews are his survivors.
His wife Vicki Leigh Sexton Fletcher, his son Dustin De Fletcher, and his parents Delton Wilborn Jack Fletcher (Jack) and Zellar Rae Carter Fletcher preceded him in death.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to vitascommunityconnection.org in memory of Rickey DeWayne Fletcher to help families of Bay County, Florida, who need hospice care by Vitas Healthcare.
