Saints Cafe recently announced it would start providing meal plans to students as well as LBW Community College staff members starting at $250.

The owner Robert McDonough is excited about the chance to introduce something brand new for Saints Cafe.

“We know that college students and staff members live hectic lives that are filled with a demanding schedule and responsibilities that are a burden at Saints Cafe. We believe that everyone deserves access to healthy and delicious meals to help improve their overall health and boost their performance.” McDonough said.

The cost of food plans for students as well as college personnel begins at $250 and goes up. A discount of 15 percent is given on all food and beverage purchases in the cafe and sports concession stands at sporting events. Breakfast and lunch menus are available every day of the week. Saints Cafe also holds “Date Night” with a theme every week, from 5:45 to 9:00 p.m. On Fridays as well as Saturdays. Menu program cards are able to be loaded at any time.

“At Saints Cafe, we take care of the health and well-being of students and college staff by providing a varied and nutritious food plan. By providing your body with nutritious and healthy meals, you will boost the academic performance and work efficiency as well as promoting an active life style. Keep in mind that we are committed to assisting you in your pursuit of success,” he added.

Staff and students can go to Saints Cafe and bring their student or faculty ID for a meals plan.

Saints Cafe is open to everyone and is located within the Student Center on the LBWCC Andalusia campus. The hours of operation are 5:45 a.m. through 5 p.m.
