Shaw Industries Group Inc. (Shaw) is listed on the list of top employers for women 2023 by Forbes.
Only 400 companies were selected in the light of factors such as pay equity and parental leave policies gender diversity as well as the ability to adapt, leadership development advancement opportunities, and women’s representation in management positions.
