St. Mary’s Episcopal Church will host three community events open to people to attend this week.

Father Eric Mancil will be officially installed as the new rector at St. Mary’s on Sunday the 19th of February. 19 in the afternoon at 4:00 p.m. The church will host “Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper” on Tuesday, February. 21 around 5:45 p.m. Tickets cost $5 for each person, or $15 for the family. Ash Wednesday services will be held on Wednesday February. 22 between 12:30 and 6:30 p.m. Reverend Mancil is also scheduled to be on Plaza del Sol in the city of Andalusia to participate in the “Ashes at the Square” event scheduled for Wednesday at 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. For anyone who would like to attend.

St. Mary’s is also looking for musicians for the music program. Rehearsals for Wednesdays start scheduled for 5:15 p.m. followed by Sunday worship starting at 9:00 a.m. Individuals who are interested in joining the choir should contact Organist/Choirmaster John Beasley at music@stmarysandalusia.org.
