Stephen F. Kralick Jr. aged the loved brother of Stephen F. Sr (deceased) and Madeleine Hulock Kralick (deceased) unexpectedly died on June 23, 2023.

Steve was a long-time Dozier resident, as well as an avid Crimson Tide football fan and part of the University of Alabama Alumni Association. Steve was raised from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and earned degrees from Moravian University in Philadelphia and Lehigh University in Bethlehem. Steve was an Liberty High School graduate and taught with Freedom High School, where he served as the athletic director.


A skilled sailor and fisherman, he had spent several years on his boat “Dreamer” across New Jersey to the US Virgin Islands and published poems travel guides and tales “seeking fulfillment and knowledge of the world.” He wrote 4 novels “In The Shades of Caribbean”, “A Fisherman’s Goodbye”, “A Fisherman’s Goodbye-Part II”, “Here, There as well as Everywhere.”


Steve made surfboards, and loved the sport of racing Formula cars in his youth He was also licensed as a Ham radio operator for more than 50 years. Steve remains with his faithful partner Lucky VII and his five cousins as well as their families, who loved and adored him greatly.


It will take place an Mass of Remembrance for friends to remember the life of his father on the grounds of Christ the King Catholic Church 508 Stanford Road, Andalusia on Tuesday, November. 21 in the 11th hour at 11:00 a.m.


Interment will be held at the discretion of the family members at Holy Savior Cemetery in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
