Officials from law enforcement seek the help of the public in locating suspects who are believed as being linked to a second murder within Conecuh County.


The incident occurred on Saturday 17 June, when police were summoned for Boone Court in the Johnsonville Community. The shooting resulted in fatalities of a 10-year old child and an older woman aged 31. Evergreen woman.


Initially, the suspects linked with the incident appeared to be travelling in the White 2009 GMC Yukon with possible damage to the driver’s side rear windows. However, the vehicle was found on Sunday. The suspects remain on the loose.


On the advice of the Conecuh County Sheriff’s Office, special agents from ALLEA’s (ALEA) State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) started an investigation into deaths in connection with the deaths.


Special Agents are seeking public’s assistance and asking for any information related to the incident.


The suspects are believed to be extremely dangerous and armed. Law enforcement officials warn the public to encounter suspects, they should not approach them or try to contact them. Instead, immediately contact authorities at the Conecuh County Sheriff’s Office at 251-578-1260, or the ALEA SBI Crime Hotline at 1-800-392-8011.
