The Andalusia Tennis Association, in partnership and with City of Andalusia, will hold the 21st Summer Tennis Camp.


This camp is a regular program during the summer for 21 years. It gives kids aged 5-18 years old the chance to master the fundamentals of the game as well as compete with each other. This ATA camp is devoted to inspiring a love of tennis through lessons given by the help of a professional certified in tennis.


The camp will take place in tennis courts at the LBWCC tennis courts on Tuesdays Wednesdays, and on Thursdays during the week of June 6, 13 20, 27, and July 11 and 18.


The cost for the six-week camp as well as an official camp t-shirt costs $30 per camper, the cost is $50 for two campers, and $65 for campers with three or more. Children who are not able to pay the registration fee can be eligible for a scholarship through Leisure Services.

Classes ages and times are according to the following: 5-8 year olds 8-9 a.m. 10-year-olds and 9 year olds 9-10 a.m. 11 years old and above beginner 10-11 a.m. and 11 years old and over advanced or intermediate 11-12 p.m.


Campers are able to register on the courts throughout the dates of camp. The ATA requests that all campers carry a tennis racket wear tennis shoes, and bring lots of fluids. The camp provides a range of tennis racquets to use for campers that do not have their own. We’ll see you on the court!
