The registration of Andalusia Community Christmas will take place on November 4, 2017 on a Saturday. Andalusia Community Christmas caters to children aged 2 to 10 years old who live in the Andalusia, Pleasant Home, Red Level and Straughn school communities.

Registration will be held at the following neighborhood schools:

  • Andalusia Elementary School 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
  • Pleasant Home School, 9 a.m. until noon
  • Red Level School, 9 a.m. until noon
  • Straughn School, 9 a.m. until noon

Individuals are required to bring the following documents when they register: registration:

  • An ID with a picture (for parents to register the children’s names, i.e. driver’s license, school ID or work ID etc.).
  • Birth certificate for every child. Parents and guardians only are able to sign up their children. There are no grandparents, aunts, or others unless they are legal guardians accompanied by documentation of guardianship.
  • Social Security card for each child, or legal document that has the social security numbers of each child.
  • Evidence of residency – A current invoice that identifies the physical location of your residence. Addresses at post offices are not accepted.
  • Evidence of government assistance (WIC, Medicaid, SSI and more).
  • The person registering must show all required documents at the moment of registration.

A non-profit annual event funded by business, citizens and civic organizations of Andalusia helps families facing financial hardship that reside within the Andalusia, Straughn, Red Level and Pleasant Home School districts by offering toys and clothes for children between the ages of 2 to 10 years old.
