Anniston, AL –On Thursday, March 16, Anniston Museums and Gardens Anniston Museums and Gardens will be the site of the 5th Annual Spring Garden Symposium. There’s something new, something old or borrowed and even something that’s blooming at the symposium this year! Meet fellow plant lovers and learn about plants only available from someone else’s garden, where you can get the latest and most popular plants, and the latest developments in the field of the horticulture industry. The Keynote Speaker this year is the well-known Encore Azalea Breeder, Mr. Buddy Lee. They also host Atlanta Botanical Gardens’ Horticulturalist Ozzie Johnson and other special guests of the Alabama Cooperative Extension System. Between presentations, you can explore in the Sensory Garden and shop plant vendors and skilled craftspeople.

The lunch isn’t included if you sign up after the 8th of March. Coffee will be complimentary until 10:00 10:15 am. Tickets cost $45 per person. Anniston Museums and Gardens members get a discount of $10. Pay at time of registration.
