Agency For Substance Abuse Prevention Issues Community Survey

Oxford, AL – The Agency for Substance Abuse Prevention (ASAP) is determined to find innovative ways to make communities better. They are requesting that all residents please take time to fill out their ten question community feedback survey that focuses on substance misuse and gun violence. All participants will also enter into a raffle for a chance to win $500. The link to the survey is below as well as a QR code. Please use either method.
