They’re scurrying over moths and butterflies on The Anniston Museums and Gardens! Come along as we discover what makes moths and butterflies distinct. Spots, speckles and stripes – discover these artifacts of nature with hands-on demonstrations and activities with one of our museum instructors.
The program part of museum admission. It is also for members at no cost.
Insect Pinning Workshop: Butterfly and Moth on Saturday 15th April, 2:45 pm.
Are you looking to begin or expand your collection of insects? Participate in the Educational Interpreters to discover how to label and pin the moth and butterfly as a professional. This course is open to those aged 10 and over. It is necessary to register in advance. Limited to 15 participants.
The workshop costs $15 per person and AM&G members enjoy an additional discount of $5. The workshop is limited to 15 people , and is suitable for those aged 10 or more. The registration process is pre-requisite. The deadline to sign-up is on April 14, which falls on a Friday.
