Anniston Runners Club (ARC) Anniston Runners Club (ARC) will host the special “Holiday Night Run” on December 21, 2023 between 5:30 and 8:30 pm. The run will start in the Norwood Hodges Community Center.

The event is led by veteran runners Rudolf and spirited Paula Angle, this jolly run promises to be an unforgettable journey through the beautiful Golden Springs neighborhood. Participants might even get an enchanting view of the twinkling lights that illuminate the Glenwood area if a second event will be added on the schedule.

To maximize the illuminating scenery participants are advised to wear bright attire and carry an emergency headlamp. It’s a great way to make the most of your headlamp. ARC Holiday Night Group Run isn’t just about the miles, but it’s also an occasion to celebrate the time of year, which is why participants are asked to bring holiday cheer to share with other runners.

The event is part of the Anniston Runners ‘ Club’s tradition of putting on community-based events that encourage fitness, camaraderie, as well as festive joy. It provides a unique opportunity residents to be active throughout the festive season and enjoy the festive vibe.
